Plant List

Our ongoing investment in plant and ground working capabilities enables us in-house access to a comprehensive plant list of machinery and skills. Our self-sufficiency means that we can easily interchange both staff and machinery between any jobs in progress, providing rapid-response solutions. Ultimately, this means that time and costs are always kept to a minimum.

Good communication instills confidence

At the beginning of every development, we establish an office with a site foreman who is always onsite. Communication is constantly maintained between architects, suppliers, onsite management staff and tradesmen, limiting delays if amendments are made to plans or if problems arise.
Our experienced management team provide a link of understanding between architects and tradesmen.

By fully embracing the latest in communications and building technology our management team at KJS can be kept abreadth of the current progress and specifications of each project.

We are sensitive to all issues which can arise during a development and endeavour to achieve a suitable harmony between us and the close environment.
